Simon Acres Recruitment are working with a leading software provider who are looking to add a Strategic Account Manager to their team, based in Leicestershire.
Specifically looking after the 'Windows and Doors' clients, your main duties will include:
- Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs, communicating regularly with key contacts
- Engage with C-Suite members of potential customers
- Have a great understanding of all company products to ensure that all presentations and client training sessions are carried out to full customer satisfaction
- Provide pre-sales support
- Achieve sales targets/KPI's as agreed with line manager
This is the perfect opportunity for a candidate with a technical understanding of kitchens who is looking to pursue a career in sales/account management.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A background in sales / account management
- An understanding of kitchens / interior design, especially Windows and Doors
- Experience managing high profile accounts, dealing with contacts at Director level
