Simon Acres Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for a forward thinking established company based in the West Midlands, to find a Showroom Manager.

This role is a great opportunity for an experienced showroom manager/kitchen designer and sales person looking to advance in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Design
● Generate and follow up on sales leads in the showroom, by phone, and via email.
● Guide customers through the sales process, identifying and recommending products to meet their needs.
● Produce quality bathroom designs and communicate with customers on potential amends, providing expertise on design solutions.
● Work with fitters and installers to ensure designs can be effectively installed, and liaising with customers on potential amends to ensure a high quality installation.

Project Management
● Oversee client projects from start to finish, ensuring things run to time and budget.
● Communicating with fitters, installers, and customers throughout installations.
● Resolve any issues and provide excellent customer service.

This position would suit a candidate who is
● Independent and can work autonomously.
● A confident salesperson.

● Experience in bathroom design and sales. Candidates with kitchen design experience may also be considered.
● Knowledge of relevant design software.
● Experience managing budgets and meeting sales targets.
● Experience in business development or management.

Salary & Benefits
● Basic Rate salary of 32k depending on experience
● 3% commission on net sales
● Other monthly performance bonuses
