Simon Acres Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well established family run kitchen business in the London area who are looking to add a talented Showroom Manager to their growing team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming customers into the showroom 
  • Designing and selling bespoke kitchens and bathrooms while meeting customer budgets and exceeding expectations
  • Liaising with external instillation teams to oversee the completion of all projects
  • Managing and following up on new and existing leads to ascertain potential interest and nurture clients buying interest and overcoming any reservations
  • Meeting personal KPI’s and revenue targets


The ideal candidate will have:


  • 2-3 years kitchen and bathroom sales design experience
  • Proven sales record and confidence in using Fusion 2020
  • Knowledge of the kitchen and bathroom industry and products
  • A self-motivated attitude and exceptional customer service skills

  • Up to £30k basic salary for the right candidate
