Simon Acres Recruitment are looking for a showroom administrator to join an organic interior design company in Northamptonshire.
Your duties will include:
- Inputting on Excel and Word
- Arranging meetings and ongoing communication
- Liaising with clients and meeting with clients and suppliers in the showroom
- Producing quotations based on designs and client product preferences
- Placing and co-ordinating orders based on Installation scheduler
- Maintaining company diary (Installation schedule, client and supplier meetings)
- Industry background and product knowledge desirable, training will be available
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook is essential
- Excellent communication skills with client base and internal team members
- Good organizational skills are essential for the smooth running of the office and support of the installation team
- Customer service experience (Advantage)
- Attention to detail is critical
- Be able to adapt to specific business tasks and show initiative when required
