Showroom Administrator

Simon Acres Recruitment are looking for a showroom administrator to join an organic interior design company in Northamptonshire.


Your duties will include:

  • Inputting on Excel and Word
  • Arranging meetings and ongoing communication 
  • Liaising with clients and meeting with clients and suppliers in the showroom
  • Producing quotations based on designs and client product preferences
  • Placing and co-ordinating orders based on Installation scheduler
  • Maintaining company diary (Installation schedule, client and supplier meetings)



  • Industry background and product knowledge desirable, training will be available
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook is essential  
  • Excellent communication skills with client base and internal team members
  • Good organizational skills are essential for the smooth running of the office and support of the installation team
  • Customer service experience (Advantage)
  • Attention to detail is critical  
  • Be able to adapt to specific business tasks and show initiative when required
