Simon Acres Recruitment are working with a highly reputable Kitchen Retailer to find a Kitchen Sales Designer to effectively carry out the design and sale of kitchen furniture.
Your duties will include:
- Achieving sales in line with your agreed personal sales targets
- Being an excellent communicator, be friendly, personable and approachable
- Preparing and managing effective meetings with customers in the showroom, or on site
- Executing and coordinating the sale of the kitchen
- Effectively communicating the procedures systems and time scales required to customers and explaining the Terms & Conditions
- Meeting and greeting customers in the showroom, introducing yourself and the company
The successful candidate should have:
- An interest in designing
- The confidence and communication skills required to negotiate the sale of kitchens
In return you'll receive:
- Commission 10% of profit of sale when required margin is achieved. The percentage of commission drops pro rata if the required margin is not achieved
- 25 days holiday plus bank hols
- Opportunity to progress to showroom manager after trial period.
