Simon Acres Recruitment are working with a Luxury High-End Kitchen and Bathroom company to find a top-quality Sales Designer to be based in the Birmingham area, to effectively carry out the design and sale of kitchens and bathrooms.
Your duties will include:
·Effectively promote the brand & product whilst negotiating sales.
·Demonstrating an excellent standard of customer care and service.
·Achieving sales in line with your agreed personal sales targets.
·Being an excellent communicator, be friendly, personable and approachable.
·Preparing and managing effective meetings with customers in the showroom, or on site.
·Executing and coordinating the sale of the kitchen.
·Effectively communicating the procedures systems and time scales required to customers and explaining the Terms & Conditions.
·Meeting and greeting customers in the showroom, introducing yourself and the company.
·Taking brochure requests, sending out brochures, following up all leads and brochures you send out.
·Creating and maintaining your own individual lead database and discuss leads and job progress with Sales Manager.
·Monitoring numbers of customers coming into shop, monitoring quotes, and subsequent numbers of sales within the individual office.
This is the perfect position for a Senior Kitchen Designer who is looking to design German Kitchens worth £20,000+.
The ideal candidate should have:
·Extensive Sales experience within the German Kitchen industry.
·High end German Kitchen knowledge
Salary: Basic up to £26,000 + rolling commission (O.T.E £45,000+).
