Our client has a real family feel, with a driven, but relaxed culture and are looking for Sales Executive to sell household appliances such as TVs, Computers and other appliances.
To support the company in maximising sales opportunities.
Duties cover: lead taking, administration, liaising with customers, order taking, quotes and much more.
- To deal with customers in-store, by phone and email in an efficient manner whilst achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
- To speak to customers and be able to take information to generate quality sales leads for the sales designers.
- To ensure professional and timely communication with all customers, suppliers and contractors.
- Ensure that invoices from suppliers and fitters are checked against relevant orders/quotes for accuracy before passing for payment.
- To liaise with Kitchen & Installation Teams to ensure goods purchased are available to meet quoted installation timescales.
Required
- Attention to detail and proven numerical and analytical skills.
- Organisational skills with evidence of prioritising responsibilities.
- Methodical in their approach to work; not only capable of following procedure but having the initiative to consider and implement new ways of working
- Energetic and passionate;
- IT literate with an understanding of Microsoft Office.
- Personable and presentable
- Experience and ability to adopt new technology and skills to improve performance;
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable
- General knowledge of the kitchen industry would be beneficial
Salary: £20k-£25k
