Simon Acres Recruitment are seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a family run business based in Surrey. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary per annum for the right candidate.
The company specialises in the sale and distribution of Plumbing and Heating products.
Your duties will include:
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Ensuring suppliers are paid on time
- Producing statement reconciliations
- Processing a large volume of purchase invoices
- Administrative duties when required
- Creating and posting necessary journals
Purchase Ledger Clerk Position Requirements
- Previous experience in finance is essential
- A good written and telephone manner when corresponding with clients
- A good working knowledge of outlook
- A great working attitude
- Previous experience with finance software essential
Purchase Ledger Clerk Position Remuneration
Monday to Friday 8:00am - 17:00pm
28 days holiday allowance including bank holidays
