Simon Acres Recruitment are seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a family run business based in Surrey. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary per annum for the right candidate. 

The company specialises in the sale and distribution of Plumbing and Heating products.

Your duties will include:

  • Reconciling bank accounts
  • Ensuring suppliers are paid on time
  • Producing statement reconciliations
  • Processing a large volume of purchase invoices
  • Administrative duties when required
  • Creating and posting necessary journals

Purchase Ledger Clerk Position Requirements

  • Previous experience in finance is essential
  • A good written and telephone manner when corresponding with clients
  • A good working knowledge of outlook
  • A great working attitude
  • Previous experience with finance software essential 


Purchase Ledger Clerk Position Remuneration

Monday to Friday 8:00am - 17:00pm

28 days holiday allowance including bank holidays

Onsite parking
