Simon Acres Recruitment are working with a highly reputable Bathroom company to find a Processing & Customer Processing Manager to join an ambitious and growing team. 

The purpose of this role is to manage all aspects of the order processing, order progressing, glass ordering, and installation functions in a manner that results in customer service excellence. 

The main purpose of the role:

  • To provide technical advice and guidance, coordinating project realisation, checking and ordering bespoke glass as well as making sure that all surveys and installations are coordinated in a professional manner.

  • Develop, coach, mentor and manage the processing, progressing, scheduling and installation team.

  • To provide effective line management of the processing team, progressing team, scheduling and installation team. 

  • To lead the teams and provide motivation where required.  This will involve all aspects of management, including recruitment, undertaking staff assessments, induction, objective setting, appraisals, delegation of tasks, monitoring staff productivity, activity, timekeeping and service levels.

  • Provide guidance to the Scheduler in providing details on order timeframes and personnel activities in order to meet installation deadlines

  • Establish and implement a training programme for new employees, ensuring new and existing staff are kept up to date at all times.  This will require the writing of training manuals and documentation.

  • Implements effective processes to interact with customers via telephone and email.

  • Provide support to the in-house fitters, including dealing with any issues, answering queries or providing solutions as required.

This is a permanent position paying up to £40,000 to the right candidate.
