My client specialise in the template, fabrication and installation of Quartz and granite work tops into kitchens nationwide.
They are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant who will be responsible for the efficient operation of the office.
This role will involve:
- Providing effective support to the Office Manager
- Answering the telephone
- Data input into excel
- General administrative duties
- confirmation calls to customers
- Any additional adhoc duties
We pride ourselves on a high level of customer service and therefore are looking for someone who can work to a high standard using their own initiative when needed. The ideal candidate must be able to multitask, be reliable, self-reliant, have a professional telephone manner and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Monday to Thursday 9-5pm, Friday 8-4pm
Salary: £18,000 per annum
