Simon Acres Recruitment are delighted to be working with a high-end bespoke interiors company to find a Showroom and Administrative Assistant, to be based in Ashford, Middlesex.

The priority of this role is to welcome visitors & show them around the showroom delivering an excellent first impression answering questions and explaining our service and the sales/design process. 

Main Responsibilities: 

Sales

  • Lead taking both over the phone and in the showroom is a key part of this role. Managing sales leads and organising appointments for the designers 

Admin

  • Liaise with customers and fitters to ensure the smooth running of fitting jobs and maintain communication with both parties 
  • Keep track of fitting dates/deliveries/surveys etc – Familiarise yourself with upcoming and current fits each week / when customers are due in / when the designer and project manager are due out of the showroom

Finance

  • Input Margins & Monthly Profit Margins
  • Pair invoices and delivery notes
  • SAGE – Enter new customer sales & payments in/supplier invoices & payments. Keep reports up to date. Produce weekly sales reports

This is a full time position paying a salary of 24,000 + commission to the successful candidate.
