Simon Acres Recruitment are seeking an ambitious, pro-active Kitchen Sales Designer for a fast-growing, independent company based in Derbyshire. Working in a busy environment with a no pressure sales policy and a basic of up to £25,000 with the potential to earn £40,000 OTE.

Your main duties will involve:

  • The design and sale of high-quality Kitchens
  • Pro-actively generating leads and sales
  • Providing an exceptional customer service and professionalism
  • Taking responsibility for full project management from initial contact through to completion, ensuring that the client’s needs are fully met
  • Inspiring and supporting their customers from design stage through to installation providing exceptional customer service and supporting and managing projects from design to installation
  • Creating, presenting, and sharing thoughts on designs, styles, colours and finishes with a good eye for detail and CAD proficient
  • Liaising with the team, suppliers, and installers to ensure a smooth process throughout
  • Developing long term collaborative relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets, pro-actively generating leads in a no pressure sales policy environment


You will need:

  • Previous experience in Kitchen Design and Sales
  • To have previous target sales and experience in the industry
  • To have the ability to generate and follow through with sales leads
  • To have a good working knowledge of CAD based design software supported by an experienced eye for design - full training will be provided
  • The ability to organise and prioritise your work accordingly working with the team
