Simon Acres Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic Kitchen Sales Designer on behalf of a well-established family run company in the St Albans & North Finchley area.
Your duties will include:
- Delivering a bespoke journey to our customers
- Ensuring the customers receive a great and memorable service right from the very start
- Understanding the customers’ requirements and be able to convert them into inspiration designs
- Providing a memorable service and an outstanding customer experience through the customer journey to deliver both personal targets and support the total Showroom targets
- Finding inspirational solutions for customer’s projects
- Providing an industry leading service, from the first meeting, right through to a full aftercare service
- Promoting all of our services including installation, repairs & appliance sales (where available)
- Following processes to ensuring remedial costs are minimised
- Supporting the installation team with clear and accurate plans, designs & product knowledge
- Taking responsibility for the standards in the showroom
- Ensuring the CRM system in line with company requirements and GDPR guidelines
This is an exciting new role for an aspiring Designer or Salesperson to make a difference in a family friendly environment.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Previous experience within a sales targeted environment
- Experience within a customer environment
- Experience of using Winner / CAD software to design kitchen, bedroom & media furniture
- Strong communication and relationship building
- Commercially aware
- Self-motivated
This is a permanent role paying £25,000 with an O.T.E of £50,000
