Simon Acres Recruitment are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager from the KBB industry to join a growing national company.

 

This role will cover the South of London (around the M25), Sussex and surrounding South areas.

Your duties will include:

  • Delivering regional targets in line with AOP and Channel strategy plan
  • Fully managing the Residential and Trade geographical territory
  • Responsible for developing business across Developers, Hotels, Designers, Contractors, POD manufacturers and Merchants
  • Identifying customers for new opportunities
  • Establishing and developing relationships at all levels within identified customer base
  • Maximizing specification writing opportunities by creating and maintaining a clear territory plan
  • Accurately reporting activity through Salesforce
  • Tracking project pipeline on territory with the support of the Internal Sales team and the Business Development Manager on the area
  • Attending regular customer events and seminars to improve market knowledge
  • Driving NPI initiatives within customer base, identifying opportunity to upgrade

The perfect candidate:

  • Collaborating with and supporting other team members across the business
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key contacts across customer types
  • Ability to deliver presentations to a high standard
  • Prioritizing and decision making without the total picture and driven to be the best in the industry
  • Ability to adapt to changes within the business as and when needed
  • Understanding of Microsoft and Salesforce
