Simon Acres Recruitment are delighted to be working with a rapidly expanding KBB manufacturer based in Warwickshire. This is a permanent opportunity offering up to £45,000 per annum plus other benefits for the right candidate.

Key tasks:

  • Establishing a core of displaying retailers and building the pipeline of potential targets
  • Refining and reinforcing the service proposition to the business and the market
  • Helping to shape both the product offer by feeding back into product development and the pricing structure
  • Building strong relationships with each new retailer to get them confident and comfortable with our range before passing over to the local ASM

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive knowledge of kitchens and kitchen components
  • Experience selling into retailers
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • A high level of commercial understanding
  • The drive and enthusiasm to push a brand forward
