Simon Acres Recruitment are looking for experienced internal sales executives to join a growing Internal sales department.

You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and growing business through an established business-to-business contact-strategy and relationship building with existing and potential customers.

This a permanent opportunity paying up to £25,000 per annum for the right candidate with a bonus scheme. 


Your duties will include:

  • Identifying opportunities which are desirable and winnable for our business, working from current market intelligence and generating new prospects
  • Generating leads and turning them in to opportunities for sales
  • Developing a multi-contact strategy with customers using cross-functional options e.g. Communicator and GEO mapping
  • Making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
  • Developing and managing relations with new buying accounts and support new customers journeys
  • Negotiating prices/discounts with customers and close deals
  • Identifying new business within the market
  • Contacting customers (existing and prospective) by telephone, email, and video calls
  • Providing customers (existing and prospective) with complete details on products and services
  • Upselling services and products as appropriate
  • Liaising and building rapport with all new business enquiries, including tours, product knowledge transfer, account opening
  • Keeping abreast of competitors and their activities in the industry
  • Ensuring all administration relating to sales is completed effectively
  • Identifying new target customers to drive sales
  • Working with the National Sales Manager on a strategy
  • Promoting the Company’s business services, capabilities and reputation in the market
  • Achieving relevant department targets/KPIs against agreed targets
  • Work in conjunction with ASMs
  • Ensure the brand and service offer is always accurately, positively, and professionally conveyed to existing and potential clients
  • Liaising with ASMs to provide the necessary support to acquire and retain accounts
  • Arranging and diarise appointments for ASMs and customers
  • Updating and maintain the CRM system, raising follow-up action where appropriate


You should have: 


  • Previous outbound call experience
  • Internal sales experience in business to business sales
  • Educated to GCSE level
  • Previous experience in a customer contact/relationship building role
  • Basic excel skills



  • Kitchen product knowledge
  • Experience of using a CRM system
  • External sales experience in business to business
  • Advanced excel skills
  • Previous experience in an Area Sales Manager role
