Simon Acres Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading KBB company in Surrey / London to find an Installation Manager. This is a permanent position paying up to £35,000 per annum for the right candidate.
Main duties:
- Working cooperatively with installers in the field and sales teams within the showroom
- Solving technical issues and managing a variety of complex situations
- Improving efficiencies and levels of customer service
- Managing the schedules and planning of installation teams, painting teams and stone mason teams
- Forming effective relationships with both the team and retail customers
- Exceeding your objectives and consistently deliver above expectations
- Recruiting new fitting teams
- Overseeing and reporting progress through data recording from site and will reporting it back to the Branch Manager
- Operating within an agreed budget
- Implementing and reviewing procedures to ensure smooth running of projects
- Managing and updating client folders within internal database
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- A proven and experienced problem solver with a ‘can do’ approach.
- Experience of CAD Design (Advantage).
- Strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills.
