Simon Acres Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading KBB company in Surrey / London to find an Installation Manager. This is a permanent position paying up to £35,000 per annum for the right candidate. 

 

Main duties:

  • Working cooperatively with installers in the field and sales teams within the showroom
  • Solving technical issues and managing a variety of complex situations
  • Improving efficiencies and levels of customer service
  • Managing the schedules and planning of installation teams, painting teams and stone mason teams
  • Forming effective relationships with both the team and retail customers
  • Exceeding your objectives and consistently deliver above expectations
  • Recruiting new fitting teams
  • Overseeing and reporting progress through data recording from site and will reporting it back to the Branch Manager
  • Operating within an agreed budget
  • Implementing and reviewing procedures to ensure smooth running of projects
  • Managing and updating client folders within internal database

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  • A proven and experienced problem solver with a ‘can do’ approach.
  • Experience of CAD Design (Advantage).
  • Strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills.
