Simon Acres Recruitment are seeking a friendly Customer Service Consultant to work for a specialist business in Oxfordshire. Our client is looking for someone who is organised, analytical, and able to remain calm under pressure.
A basic starting salary of up to £27,000.
The Role:
- Calling customers and answering phone calls
- Booking in installations and surveys
- Working closely with the installations team to ensure all are booked correctly
- Working closely with the surveyors to ensure they are fully aware of their routes
- Dealing with customer service issues
- Directing other calls to the correct departments
- Resolving complaints effectively
- Working closely with customers to ensure relationships are maintained
- Providing accurate data and information to customers
- Providing excellent customer at all times
The Candidate:
- Previous customer service experience
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Ideally previous experience in logistics or planning
- Highly organised
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Team orientated
- Experience within the KBB industry is an advantage
- Able to remain calm under pressure and not take situations personally
- Confident and keen to talk to customers

This is a permanent role, Monday to Friday and will be office based. The working hours are between 8.30am-5.30pm, with a 4.30pm finish on Friday’s.
