Simon Acres Recruitment are seeking a friendly Customer Service Consultant to work for a specialist business in Oxfordshire. Our client is looking for someone who is organised, analytical, and able to remain calm under pressure.   

A basic starting salary of up to £27,000.

The Role:

  • Calling customers and answering phone calls
  • Booking in installations and surveys
  • Working closely with the installations team to ensure all are booked correctly
  • Working closely with the surveyors to ensure they are fully aware of their routes
  • Dealing with customer service issues
  • Directing other calls to the correct departments
  • Resolving complaints effectively
  • Working closely with customers to ensure relationships are maintained
  • Providing accurate data and information to customers
  • Providing excellent customer at all times

The Candidate:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ideally previous experience in logistics or planning
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Team orientated
  • Experience within the KBB industry is an advantage
  • Able to remain calm under pressure and not take situations personally
  • Confident and keen to talk to customers

This is a permanent role, Monday to Friday and will be office based. The working hours are between 8.30am-5.30pm, with a 4.30pm finish on Friday’s.
