Simon Acres Recruitment are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to work for a specialist business in Oxfordshire. Our client is looking for someone who is finically driven, with excellent communication skills and a drive to succeed.
A basic starting salary of up to £45,000 with a competitive bonus.
The Role:
- Creating new opportunities through self-sourced and decision-maker conversations
- Building your pipeline via lead-generation approaches
- Promoting the products into new businesses and maximizing sales opportunities
- Working to open doors across a wide variety of businesses and creating sales
- Develop personalised, multi-product and service offerings
- Preparing proposal and implementation documentation to deliver the perfect solution to clients
The Candidate:
- Previous B2B new business development experience
- Previous experience working within sales and actively growing businesses
- You will have resourceful and tenacious approach
- You take responsibility for your own performance and have a desire to be successful
- A proven track record of working at a senior level
- Preferably you will have an existing understanding of the kitchen commercial market or construction contract sectors

This is a permanent role, Monday to Friday and will be office based, with some travel between clients and businesses.
