Assistant Branch Manager

To be successful in this role you will be required to support the Branch Manager in the daily duties of running of the branch. Using strong communication skills, to motivate, mentor and train an already established team. Build and maintain relationships with trade and retail customers. Be highly organised and able to plan and prioritise your daily duties. Along with other duties you will also be responsible for managing the sales office and stock control. Ensuring that the company Health and safety policies are met in branch at all times.
Previous experience in an assistant manager role would be beneficial, but not essential. Knowledge or experience in the plumbing and heating industry. Be a team player, approachable and able to lead/mentor.
