Simon Acres Recruitment are seeking an Account Manager for a Bathroom Manufacturer in the Bedfordshire area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an internal sales background or have a knowledge of Kitchens, Bedrooms and Bathrooms.
The role will incorporate working with the internal sales team to create growth within the targeted accounts by increasing stock holding branches, creating product awareness and increasing sales.
Your duties will include:
- Growing your territory through business development and managing accounts
- Liaising effectively with customers, processing orders, dealing with stock issues to ensure our customer gets their orders, answering aftersales issues & staying in regular contact via outbound calling and email
- Processing sales orders received on the day of receipt and ready for delivery
- Recording and deal with stock discrepancies
- Providing customers and potential customers with quality and accurate information
- Researching and understand how product is a made and functions to enable a comprehensive understanding of customer questions
- Creating and recording information in CRM
- Making a high volume of calls in a professional manner according to agreed standards
- Using Salesforce, Exchequer, Excel, Outlook and Word
